ABOUT THE ACADEMY
Rob Rademaker founded Rademaker Hospitality Academy to bring real-world hospitality experience back to where it matters most: the floor, the guest experience and the daily operation.
With more than 25 years in hospitality and over 20 years in training and development, his background spans superyachts, private estates, palace environments, five-star hospitality and international beverage education.
The Academy was created to transform that experience into bespoke training and advisory that is practical, relevant and directly applicable in the working environment.
